Scott’s 20-year real estate career in Houston has been focused on single-family and retail market research. He has developed a keen eye for spotting emerging trends and for providing forward-thinking guidance to his clients. His industry insights have guided the Houston market for more than a decade. Prior to joining Meyers Research, Scott was the Houston Regional Director for Metrostudy. He also has been a successful land broker. Scott is a frequent speaker and columnist on trends in the Houston real estate market and has written two books about the role of the Millennial generation in changing the workplace and faith communities. Scott is a graduate of the University of Texas, where he received degrees in geography, community and regional planning.
Lacey, based in Phoenix, is an expert in for-sale residential market analysis with an emphasis on product positioning and design. She has a firm understanding of the challenges facing the homebuilding business and understands the nuance of the development process. Prior to Meyers Research, Lacey was a strategic marketing professional with Pulte Homes and a market consultant with The Sullivan Group. She also serves as an Adjunct Online Professor at Ashford University. Lacey earned her Bachelor and Master’s Degrees from Arizona State University and is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Arizona.
odd is an established figure in the Arizona real estate market and understands the homebuilding business from an “insiders” point of view. He has served as an independent acquisitions analyst for a land broker and worked as a Client Services Coordinator at CB Richard Ellis. Todd was also an integral member of the market research team at Maracay Homes (now TriPointe). Todd earned his degree in Economic Development from the University of Arizona and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state.
