As a Senior Developer in Meyers Research’s Zonda team, Mr. McCauley prepares real estate transaction data to assist the consulting and asset management groups at Meyers Research LLC in providing clients with accurate information about current market conditions. He also collects and maintains land transaction data for Northern and Southern California.
Mr. McCauley received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tulane University in 2008. His studies focused on predictive modeling and data analysis by utilizing linear and non-linear regression techniques. After Hurricane Katrina devastated the gulf coast, Mr. McCauley volunteered in the Rebuild New Orleans project where he helped to repair local schools that had been damaged by the storm.
Before joining the Meyers team Mr. McCauley was a computer and networking consultant in San Diego.
