In his 24 year career, Stephen has worked extensively within a variety of residential real estate functions, including site selection and development, due diligence, acquisitions, sales and marketing. He is an experienced advisor who has been actively engaged in real estate valuation, consumer research, product design and target marketing throughout the United States. Stephen’s expertise in consumer and demographic data gathering, analysis and interpretation is focused on enhancing volume and revenue performance. Prior to joining Meyers, Stephen worked for a nationally recognized advisory firm and public homebuilder. Some of his diverse assignments included urban in-fill, resort, master plans, base re-use, active adult, student housing, and rental apartments.
