Mr. Early has over seven years of experience performing research and analysis for a wide range of land-use development ventures including residential, office, industrial, mixed-use, retail, recreational, and special use.
Prior to joining Meyers Research LLC, Ryan worked as a Senior Associate for Alfred Gobar Associates, where he was primarily responsible for the structuring and execution of the firm’s statistical, financial, and econometric modeling systems in order to provide pricing, absorption, supply/demand, feasibility, and design output recommendations. During his time at AGA, Ryan structured city fiscal impact, economic blight, financial proformas , real estate portfolio assessments, project feasibility, and provided regular industry and data trending briefs focused on all areas of real estate. Mr. Early’s most significant contribution was serving as the driving force behind the technological evolution of the firm’s modeling systems, data, and methodologies.
Mr. Early received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Business Administration Minor from the University of Oregon.
