Rian Graber is a real estate professional with a legal background as well as residential, mixed use, and retail experience. She has been in the real estate industry since 2006.
Rian’s experience includes due diligence, entitlement, and product programming for community developers and home builders. Early on in her career, Rian conducted market analysis studies for The Concord Group. Prior to joining Meyers, she worked hand in glove on special projects with John Martin. There she analyzed plans for age-targeted communities, analyzed individual project data to identify trends, recommended diversified product programs and amenities for planned communities, and conducted market analysis.
Rian received a B.A. in Economics from Smith College and J.D. from Vermont Law School. Rian holds a CA broker license, Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM), and LCDM certificate.
