Mr. Macedo has spent more than ten years in the residential and commercial real estate industry and has extensive experience in finance, banking, and asset management. In his experience Omar worked with public homebuilding companies, active equity providers as well as with large lending institutions. He is experienced with complex financial structures related to all product types including single family, multifamily, and commercial properties. Omar will work with the Meyers team to provide capital market recommendations, cash flow modeling, and asset management services to builders, developers, and financial clients.
Prior to joining Meyers Research LLC, Mr. Macedo worked at OneWest Bank as an Asset Manager with the Commercial Real Estate Group, overseeing a non-performing loan portfolio totaling over $100MM. He also spent four years with Lennar Corporation in various analytical roles with a focus on land banking, joint ventures and as an Associate with the Inland/LA division land acquisition team. Prior to Lennar, Mr. Macedo successfully completed a two-year analyst program with Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Group. Omar has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Brown University.
