As Research Director for the Eastern Region, Janna reviews and analyzes over 2,000 residential projects to ensure accurate and timely data. She has over 10 years of experience in the consulting and real estate industry where she has served public and private sector clients. She has managed residential market studies to assist clients with pricing, size and amenity recommendations across the US, with a particular focus on Las Vegas and several East Coast markets. She has led commercial and retail feasibility studies where she analyzed supply and demand data to provide redevelopment and revitalization strategies and recommendations.
Prior to joining Meyers Research, Janna worked at Booz Allen Hamilton responsible for program management, financial reporting and data analytics for federal government clients. She received a Master in Public Policy from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Syracuse University.
