A 35-year market research veteran, Annie has specialized in the apartment sector since 1998. Nationally known for her expertise in age-qualified (“senior”) apartments, she was among the country’s first CAASH designees, and is a frequent speaker and columnist on “55+” trends.
Prior to joining Meyers, Annie co-owned a CA-based consulting firm (Apt Market Research), conducting nearly 500 assignments on conventional, senior, LIHTC, mixed-income and inclusionary apartments during all stages of the development process. She headed the Seniors/Multi-Housing division of Eliant (1998 to 2004), and was a Senior Vice President at Market Profiles (1985 to 1998). Annie is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Sociology.
