Q&A With Hiring Manager
Shagane Barsegian Launey, Director Of Product Design

  1. What will one learn in this position? My favorite part about this new role is ownership of content across the board and creative challenges as we tackle nurturing campaigns and marketing automation. It’s an exciting step for the company as we have reached a fantastic publishing rhythm and a lot of valuable content is being published. We have enough momentum where it is exciting to alter the process to be more data driven and keep a pulse on what topics and interactions that resonate the most.
  2. How is content valued here? We are very intentional with words and how we want people to feel when they experience our brand at different touchpoints. We go to great length to review content and unify work so even when there are different authors we have continuity.  Collaboration and unique expertise different roles bring to the table when we sit down to design or evolve something help bring a diversity of perspective. In our process, it’s typical to bubble tips and best practices as well document guidelines and templates to help everyone be a natural content champion.
  3. Who will I be working with? You’ll closely work with our design, economics, operations and leadership teams, specifically David Dickerson, Ludmilla SchappertRhina Francisco, Ali Wolf and others.
